Fees – I am happy to give up my time for a free initial consultation, lasting up to 45 mins. However, because my diary is very busy, I do appreciate 24 hours notice for any cancellations.

The Thrive Programme

£145 per session – Six to eight sessions are usually required, although in some cases the programme can be shorter.

A deposit of £145 is requested at the start of treatment to secure the following week’s session.

Full course of Thrive £795

Which includes both Working Manual and Journal required.

A single session of Hypnoanalysis Therapy is priced at £145.

Hypno-Band Weight Loss System

Hypnoband Programme : £475 A course of therapy is 4 sessions conducted over a period of 6 weeks.

Fees are payable at the start of treatment.

Two audio CDs to accompany the programme are included.

You are also encouraged to buy a copy of ‘Thrive’ (£25) to help you manage your thinking to lose weight, boost your confidence and get you back in control of your eating.

I will do a condensed version of Thrive, coupled with suggestion therapy to give you that push that you need in order to kick start your weight loss!

A relaxing, one or two session treatment for habits such as nail biting and a good way to prepare for flights, combat exam nerves, driving test nerves and other nerve-wracking situations £80 per session.

Payment can be made by cash, credit or debit card.

All fees are payable at the start of the session.

Cancellations

Please give 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment for a session.

Cancellations after this will be subject to full payment for sessions.
